- Beetroot (boiled) – 300 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 8 pieces
- Walnuts - half a glass
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley (for decoration) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the prunes, pour boiling water and cover for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and slice.
Peel the boiled beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Mix beetroot, prunes, salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the salad on a plate, sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with parsley.
