Now Asian dishes have become incredibly popular all over the world. You can order them at home, taste them in a restaurant and even cook them yourself. I present to your attention a wonderful recipe for a warm funchosa salad.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Carrots - 100 g
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Paprika (acute) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it thoroughly and slice it.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown each piece well.
Pour in 150 ml of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Cut pickles, carrots, herbs, peeled Bulgarian and hot peppers.
Pour the vegetables into the pan with the meat, add the funchosa, mix and cover with a lid.
In a separate container, mix rice vinegar, ground coriander, salt and paprika.
Add the prepared dressing to the salad and mix.
