For these meatballs, I prefer to use ground chicken or ground turkey. Turmeric gives them a pleasant golden hue, and thanks to milk they become even more tender. Children are especially delighted!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour the washed rice with boiling water for 10 minutes.

Pass the chicken and onion through a meat grinder, mix the minced meat with rice and spices.

Form round meatballs and put them in a baking dish.

Fill them with milk and cook for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
