- Barley groats - 140 g
- Water - 350 ml
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Raspberry - 2 handfuls
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Nuts (chopped) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water, pour in the washed egg and cook for 20 minutes, stirring.
Pour in the coconut milk and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add spices as desired.
Add raspberries and sliced banana, and sprinkle the porridge with chopped nuts.
