- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - half a glass
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost puff pastry at room temperature.
Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into small pieces.
Mix strawberries with starch and powdered sugar.
Roll out the dough, cut a circle around the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the sides.
Lubricate the mold with oil, lay out a round blank.
Spread the strawberry filling evenly.
Cut thick strips from the remaining dough, put them on top and seal the edges tightly.
Grease the pie with milk and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
