Have you ever cooked rice flour pancakes? Tender and soft - they literally melt in your mouth. There are no difficulties in cooking. The only point is to mix the dough before each pancake, because rice flour tends to settle quickly.
Ingredients
- Milk - 1,5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Rice flour - 90 g
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 1,5 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Pour in warm milk, half vegetable oil and mix.
Add the sifted rice flour, vanilla essence and mix again. The consistency of the dough should be slightly thicker than wheat flour.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, pour out half of the dough and spread evenly over the entire surface with inclined movements.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
