If you think that making pizza dough at home is a difficult task, then you are mistaken. Follow the recipe and everything will work out! You will only have to fill the blank with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Flour (type 650) – 400 g
  • Water (warm) – 180 ml
  • Olive oil - 40 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Fresh yeast (7 g dry) – 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Measure 400 g of flour and sift it, which will make the pizza dough more airy and tender.

Dilute the yeast in warm water (no more than 40 degrees), pour into a bowl with flour. Add butter, salt and sugar. Olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil.

Knead the dough well. It should not stick to your hands too much and should be an elastic ball.

Cover the pizza dough with plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour at room temperature so that it "fits".

After it rises, divide the dough into 3 parts. Each piece weighs approximately 210 g.

Roll out each piece of dough thinly, making a pizza blank. You can start filling with your favorite ingredients!
