Don't know how to cook thin pancakes? You probably just make a mistake when kneading the dough. It should be moderately thick and necessarily without lumps. Also pay attention to the features of adding milk!
Ingredients
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 400 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add olive oil, half milk and mix.
Pour in the vanilla, sifted flour and mix the mass well until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk in small portions, adjusting the thickness of the dough.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well. Pour half of the ladle, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
