Cottage cheese pancakes with milk are a great option if you are already tired of cheesecakes and casseroles, and there is cottage cheese in the refrigerator. It turns out to be a great addition to tea, for dessert or instead of a snack.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Milk - 70 ml
- Flour (wheat) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the grainy cottage cheese into a bowl and add the yolk. Leave the protein aside for now.
Add brown sugar, milk.
Also add wheat flour, mix everything with a whisk.
Whisk the protein with a pinch of salt into a fluffy foam. Gently mix the foam into the curd dough.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon out small portions of dough and fry on low heat for 4 minutes.
On the other hand, fry the pancakes for another 3 minutes under the lid, then immediately serve hot. Honey, condensed milk or sour cream are suitable as an additive.
