Ingredients
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter (soft) – 120 g
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 100 g
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add the melted butter, vanilla, lemon zest and flour mixed with baking powder. Knead everything until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix the dough and put it in silicone molds, filling only two-thirds.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Leave the finished cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes, and then put them on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
