For lovers of carrot pies, there is great news – you can make delicious muffins from your favorite vegetable. Do not forget that carrots should be used only juicy, and the dough for this baking should never be beaten with a mixer.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 200 g
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Mix the sifted flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add lightly beaten eggs, butter, carrots and mix well.
Fill the greased molds with two-thirds of the dough and carefully rearrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
