Ingredients
- Margarine - 200 g
- Flour - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1,5 glasses
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vanilla essence - 2 drops
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Add the melted margarine, vanilla essence and mix well.
Add baking powder, sifted flour and mix again.
Put the dough in a greased form and put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
Remove the finished cupcake from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
