Many cafes and restaurants serve fragrant buns instead of bread. They are always soft, delicious and very fresh. In fact, cooking them is very simple, so you can bake these delicious buns at home!
Ingredients
- Flour - 350 g
- Fresh yeast - 15 g
- Water (warm) – 180 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, fresh yeast and 2 tablespoons of flour until smooth. Cover the bowl with a towel and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, a foam cap should appear on the surface.
Add the remaining flour, salt, olive oil and knead a soft dough. Remove it to a warm place for proofing for 1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should increase by about half.
Divide the dough into 8 identical pieces, roll each into a round ball.
Form a thick cake, roll it into a tube and seal the edges.
Shape the workpiece into a rectangle, make a longitudinal incision from above. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the test.
Lay the future buns cut up on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Leave the blanks to rise for half an hour in a warm place.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
