Puff pastry with apricots and mascarpone cheese is a delicious and simple homemade pastry that even a novice cook can cook. According to the same principle, you can prepare puffs with other fruits.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry (finished) – 120 g
- Apricots - 6-7 pieces
- Mascarpone - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground cinnamon - 1/3 tsp.
- Almond petals - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put mascarpone in a deep bowl and add powdered sugar.
Beat mascarpone for a minute with a manual or mechanical whisk.
Wash the apricots, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
Roll out the dough and place the rectangles on foil or baking sheet. Make the sides in one layer.
Smear the central part of the puff with cream, put apricot slices on top, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and add almond petals.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Let the finished puffs cool down, then serve with tea.
