Christmas has a ringing laugh, colorful sequins and the smell of ginger cookies. Let's cook sweets together, especially since I have an excellent and very simple recipe. In addition to ginger and cinnamon, you can change other spices to your liking.

Mix spices and soda. If necessary, rub them in a mortar to a powdery state.

Add the sifted flour and salt.

In a separate container, rub the soft butter with egg and sugar.

Mix the dry billet with the egg-oil mixture and knead the dough.

Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Divide the dough into three parts. Leave one for work, hide the rest in the refrigerator again.

Roll out a thin layer of dough on a sheet of parchment paper.

Cut out cookies with cuttings, remove excess dough.

Transfer the sheet to a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the test.
