The most delicious pancakes are made from custard dough. Cooking it is not difficult at all - the whole process is described in detail in this recipe. Fillings can be different, I suggest the option with sweet cottage cheese!
Ingredients
- Milk - 1 glass
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 250 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add salt, sugar and vanilla.
Add warm milk, sifted flour and mix gently until smooth.
Pour in boiling water, half of vegetable oil and mix again.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it well. Pour half of the dough into the pan, evenly distributing it with inclined movements over the entire surface.
Fry until golden brown, then turn over and continue frying on the other side. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Grind cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar in a blender.
Brush each pancake generously with cottage cheese filling and wrap it with a tube.
