Such lean pancakes turn out delicious and fragrant, they are easily fried and do not tear. They can also wrap various fillings, both sweet and salty. These are the simplest of all the pancakes that I know!
Ingredients
- Flour (wheat) – 100 g
- Starch - 25 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l
- Water - 350 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, mix wheat flour, sugar, salt and starch. You can take potato or corn.
Pour the dry ingredients into a convenient bowl for kneading the dough. Pour half of the water, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and start stirring with a whisk.
At first, the dough will turn out very thick, but there will be no lumps in it.
Adding the remaining water, bring the pancake batter to the desired thickness. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave to infuse for a quarter of an hour.
For frying the first pancake, you can grease a hot frying pan with oil. Next, pour a small amount of dough and fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes. On the other hand, fry the pancake for another minute.
Delicious fishnet pancakes can be served on the table with honey, jam, berries and fruits.
