If you like khachapuri with lots of cheese, I strongly advise you to try this recipe with suluguni. And at the same time bake everything in a frying pan, so as not to waste time warming up the oven. A great option, proven in practice!
Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 1 glasses
- Milk - 1 glass
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cheese (grated) – 200 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
For filling:
- Suluguni - 250 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth.
Pour part of the resulting mass into a frying pan and fry on one side until cooked for 4 minutes.
Flip the khachapuri and put the slices of suluguni on it.
Fry for another 3 minutes under the lid.
