- Mutton (minced meat) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

- Suluguni - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put a sheet of pita bread in a mold so that the edges hang down.
Sprinkle with grated suluguni and put the second sheet on it.
Mix the minced meat, chopped onion, cilantro, chili and spices, and put the lamb in the same place.
Sprinkle with the remaining suluguni and wrap the hanging edges of the lavash inside.
Grease the egg, gently press everything down, and bake for about 35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
