- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Peaches - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into identical squares.
Make parallel staggered incisions in the center of half of the squares.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.
Put one half on whole squares and grease the edges of the dough with water, egg or milk.
Cover the top with a square with incisions and carefully glue the dough halves.
Bake the puffs for 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
