There are many different pizza base recipes, and they are all usually very simple. I want to share with you the most affordable option, which does not even need milk or kefir. This is a fragrant pizza on the water with a ruddy crispy crust.
Ingredients
- Water - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Tomato sauce - 4 art.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 60 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Basil - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, egg and butter, and separately salt, baking powder and flour. Combine both masses and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough on parchment and prick with a fork. Brush it with tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil.
Arrange the mozzarella slices and tomato slices. Sprinkle everything with parmesan.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
