I always add corn to pizza when it is at hand. It perfectly complements any filling, especially with meat and tomatoes. This time I will tell you how to cook pizza on a thin crispy dough in a frying pan.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 6 art.l.
- Corn - 50 g
- Red beans (canned) – 60 g
- Minced meat - 80 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cheese - 80 g
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour with salt and baking powder, add water and butter and mix.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Chop the purple onion and fry with minced meat until tender. Season to taste.
Add the corn and beans, and fry for another minute.
Put the dough in a frying pan, brush with tomato sauce and spread the filling on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 12 minutes under a lid over medium heat.
