- Kefir - 1 glass
- Coconut chips - 1 glass
- Almonds - 0.5 glasses
- Flour - 240 g
- Butter - 170 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs individually and continue to beat.
Add kefir and whisk for the last time.
Add salt, soda and sifted flour, and knead the dough.
At the end, add the coconut chips and chopped almonds, mix and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the cupcake for about 50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
