For Dough:
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.

Mix kefir, soda, salt and sugar, and leave for a couple of minutes.
Add the egg and butter, and then stir in the flour and knead the dough. Leave it on for another 40 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until tender in butter. Mix with chopped herbs and grated suluguni.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out the tortillas.
Put on each filling, roll up the bag and roll out again.
Put the khachapuri in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
