Another simple recipe for everyone's favorite charlotte. This time we will cook it with apples and nuts. You can use walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews or hazelnuts. The main thing is not to add too many of them, otherwise the dough will settle.
Ingredients
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Walnuts - handful
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Peel the apples, seeds and cut into thin plates.
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add vanilla and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Using a spatula, knead the mass until smooth.
Pour in the apples, nuts and mix gently again.
Grease the mold with butter and lightly dust with flour.
Lay out the dough and send it to the oven for 30-35 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
