Now many are switching to gluten-free food. I won't go into details, but I'll just share with you an excellent recipe for gluten-free pancakes. They are cooked on corn flour. You can also use oatmeal, buckwheat or coconut.
Ingredients
- Corn flour - 250 g
- Corn (canned) – 200 g
- Kefir (warm) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Ghee - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm kefir, lightly beaten eggs, salt and baking powder.
Put the corn in a colander, rinse and add to a bowl with dough.
Add corn flour and mix until smooth.
Put small islands of dough on a preheated frying pan with oil with a spoon and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
