Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Oat flakes - half a glass
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and place in a small saucepan.
Add water, sugar and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
Grind with a blender or mash with a pusher to a puree-like state.
Lightly whisk the eggs, sour cream and salt.
Add oatmeal and pumpkin puree. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
Add flour, baking powder and mix well again.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
