Treat yourself to an unusual breakfast! Prepare the most delicate pancakes from apples. I advise you to choose sweet varieties with loose pulp. To emphasize the delicate aroma, I add a little vanilla and use coconut oil for frying.
Ingredients
- Flour - 240 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 180 ml
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, seeds and grate them on a fine grater.
Beat the egg lightly with sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add warm milk, grated apples and sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Cover the bowl with cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
