- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 200 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mozzarella - 60 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Corn - 70 g
- Leek - 40 g
- Shrimp (cleared) – 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix milk with egg and butter, add salt and flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the pizza base and smear with tomato sauce.
Lay out the mozzarella slices, finely chopped onion and peeled shrimp.
Sprinkle everything with parmesan and bake the pizza in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
