Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Ricotta - 120 g
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Blueberries - handful
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla.
Add the ricotta, lightly beaten egg, milk and mix.
Pour in the blueberries and gently mix again.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough. Keep in mind that they will greatly increase in size.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
