Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Corn flour - 200 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vanillin - 2 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla with a whisk, but do not overdo it.
Add sour cream to the same place and mix until smooth.
Add baking powder and corn flour to the dough, and mix again with a whisk.
At the very end, add finely grated raw pumpkin and stir the dough.
Heat the waffle iron, brush with vegetable oil and cook the Belgian waffles for about 3-5 minutes.
