Most likely you have never tried such delicious donuts, but they are prepared very simply. I bought applesauce ready-made, but you can also cook it yourself. Lovers of more satisfying recipes can replace water with milk.
Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 400 g
- Dry yeast - 7 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Applesauce - 100 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Water (warm) – 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 350 ml
For sprinkling:
- Ground cinnamon - 1 art.l.
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix dry yeast, sifted flour, sugar and salt.
Add applesauce and lightly beaten egg.
Pour in warm water and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put away in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
Roll out the cake about 3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts and put them on a board sprinkled with flour. The blanks should lie down for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
Mix ground cinnamon with powdered sugar. Sprinkle the donuts generously with the resulting billet.
