Seasonal fruits, such as peaches, are an opportunity to make a juicy cake for tea. But do not stop at pies, be original. Try this recipe for charlotte with peaches and surprise your household.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Add sugar to the whites and whisk to peaks in a thick white foam.

Add the yolks to the mixture and whisk for a couple more minutes.

Mix the flour with the baking powder for the dough and add it to the mixture in portions. Continue to beat with a mixer until smooth.

Remove the stone from the peaches and cut them into slices.

Take a baking dish. Brush it with butter. Pour half of the dough into the mold, put half of the peaches on top. Pour the rest of the dough and put the other half of the peaches on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C.

Take out the finished charlotte, wait until it cools down, put it on a dish and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
