I bring to your attention an original recipe for delicious pancakes. It is better to cook them from ripe and slightly darkened bananas. If the fruit is not sweet enough, add more sugar. As a rule, a couple more tablespoons are enough.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 300 g
- Milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bananas and chop them in a blender.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Add warm milk, banana puree and mix.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla. Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.
Put some dough on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the same steps with the rest of the test.
