Peel the trout from the scales, gut, slice and rinse.

Chop the champignons, prepared leeks, potatoes and carrots.

Put trout, black pepper and bay leaf in a saucepan. Pour in cold water and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.

Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add the leeks, add salt and turn off after 5 minutes.

Add thyme, cover and infuse for 15-20 minutes.
