Chop the onion, grate the carrots, coarsely chop the chicken and chop the potatoes.
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and fry the onion and carrot for a couple of minutes in the "Frying" mode.
Add the chicken and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add potatoes, pour boiling water and cook for an hour in the "Soup" mode.
Chop the sorrel, beat the eggs and send it all to the green borscht 10 minutes before the end.
