Such an unusual solyanka conquers from the first spoons. It would seem that there are so many incongruous products in one pot, but at the same time it turns out an amazingly delicious and harmonious soup. A real find of traditional Russian cuisine!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the beef and chicken with water. Add the peeled carrots, one onion, parsley root and spices. Cook for about an hour.

Strain the broth, discard the vegetables and finely chop the meat. Cut the rest of the meat products into the same place and return everything to the broth.

Fry the second onion in a frying pan and mix with flour. Add cucumbers, olives, tomato and brine, simmer for a couple of minutes and send to a saucepan.

Boil everything together for 10 minutes, pour in the cream, bring the hodgepodge to a boil and remove from heat.
