Wash the beef, peel off the films and cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, pour in the beef and fry until golden brown.
Chop tomatoes, radish, dill, peeled onions, bell peppers and carrots.
Pour onion, carrot, radish, tomatoes and bell pepper into the cauldron. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour boiling water, add black pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 1 hour over low heat.
In a separate saucepan, boil the noodles until tender.
Add salt and garlic passed through the press to the cauldron. Turn off the heat and leave for 10-15 minutes under the lid.
Put noodles in a plate, add lagman and sprinkle with chopped dill.
