Disassemble and finely chop the smoked meat. Lightly fry in a frying pan for flavor.

Boil potatoes and eggs, and cut into small cubes.

Chop the onion and all the greens, add the mustard and mix everything together.

Fill the okroshka with kvass. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise if desired.
