Adyghe cheese is very different from any other types with its delicate taste and texture. And it also makes a great filling for khachapuri. This time I propose to cook them from puff pastry for a change.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Adyghe cheese - 300 g
- Suluguni - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate and mix both types of cheese.
Roll out and cut the dough, put the filling on each layer and form neat triangles.
Brush the khachapuri with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
