Such a casserole with cottage cheese and pasta can be sweeter or more salty. Any pasta will do, but there should not be too many of them, since this is primarily a curd casserole. I share a step-by-step recipe with a photo!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Pasta (boiled) – 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground cinnamon - 2 pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cottage cheese in a deep container. Beat in the eggs, add sugar and salt.
Add sour cream of low or medium fat content, as well as ground cinnamon for flavor.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the pasta and mix the curd mass well again.
Cover the form with foil and lubricate the inside with vegetable oil. Transfer the curd mass into the mold and level it on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let the finished casserole cool on the kitchen table. Then carefully remove it and separate the foil. Cut into pieces and serve.
