Pork cutlets with mushrooms, thanks to stewing in tomato sauce, turn out incredibly juicy. Minced meat can be used with low or medium fat content. Suitable for both home and store products, undoubtedly the freshest and highest quality.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 50 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Minced pork - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomatoes (in its own juice) – 400 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the washed and chopped mushrooms in the bowl of a blender, chop and pour into a bowl.
Also chop the peeled onion and send it to a bowl.
Add the cooled minced meat to the bowl, beat in the egg, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. With wet hands, form small oval cutlets and spread them out to fry. Reduce the heat to medium. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the cutlets in a saucepan. Twist the tomatoes in a blender or in a combine, pour into a saucepan. Add the bay leaf for flavor and simmer the cutlets over low heat for half an hour.
Serve the dish hot. Thanks to the gravy, mashed potatoes, boiled buckwheat or pasta will perfectly complement the dish.
