If you haven't stuffed chicken fillet yet, this is a big omission. So the meat turns out tender and juicy, with a beautiful ruddy crust from spices. And in our case, also with a fragrant filling of melted cheese and spinach.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Spinach - 250 g
- Processed cheese - 80 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- White pepper - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and peel the fillets, and make an incision on each. Do not cut to the end – it is necessary that the breast can be unfolded with a book.
Mix soy sauce with spices to taste and rub the chicken inside and out.
Chop the spinach and lightly dip it in oil so that it decreases in volume.
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, mix with spinach and fill the chicken fillet with stuffing.
Close the "book" and press it down slightly. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
