This is a classic pie "with a lattice" and jam filling, but now on kefir. In the recipe, you will learn how to knead the dough correctly so that it is baked quickly and evenly, does not get wet from the filling and does not crumble when sliced.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Flour - 500 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Jam - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk kefir, vegetable oil, egg and baking powder with a whisk.
Gradually add the flour, knead the soft dough and let it lie down.
Roll out most of it in a layer, put it in a mold and form the sides.
Put the filling of thick jam on top.
Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips and place it on the filling with a grid.
Bake the pie in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
