The recipe will appeal to everyone who adheres to fasting or follows the figure. Delicious pancakes are prepared without eggs and dairy products, and sugar is replaced with honey. In order not to use a lot of oil when frying, cook in a non-stick frying pan.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla essence - 2 drops
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan.
Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mash the boiled pumpkin with a pusher or chop it with an immersion blender.
Add vanilla essence, ground cinnamon, salt and honey.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and mix.
Grease the frying pan with oil and heat it well. Spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
