This time we will cook pancakes in a dry frying pan, and add the right amount of oil to the dough together with frying. This technique allows you to cook a delicious and low-fat dish. If you want to make the dough even more tender, add a spoonful of sour cream.

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, boil the green peas until tender.

Chop the greens and peeled onions. Grate the carrots.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Mix cauliflower, green peas, fried onions with carrots and herbs.

Mash with a pusher or grind with an immersion blender.

Add eggs, flour, salt and ground pepper. Stir the mixture until smooth.

Preheat a dry frying pan, lay out the islands of dough and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.
