- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Green peas - 200 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, boil the green peas until tender.
Chop the greens and peeled onions. Grate the carrots.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Mix cauliflower, green peas, fried onions with carrots and herbs.
Mash with a pusher or grind with an immersion blender.
Add eggs, flour, salt and ground pepper. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Preheat a dry frying pan, lay out the islands of dough and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.
