Classic sochniki with cottage cheese is a very tasty homemade pastry. Juicy on the inside, tender and a little crunchy on the outside. Cooked according to a classic recipe, juicers with cottage cheese will appeal to everyone who tries them.

- Flour - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Sour cream - 2 art.l
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanillin - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Let's start with making the dough. Mix one egg, powdered sugar, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla, a pinch of salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Mix the cottage cheese, the protein of one egg and 100 g of sugar.
Roll out the dough and cut circles out of it. Put a little filling in each and cover with the second half of the dough.
Transfer the formed succulents to a baking sheet. Anoint the top with egg yolk and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
