- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and ground ginger.
Beat the egg lightly with sugar and milk.
Mix both blanks, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and knead the dough.
Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the donuts until tender and place on a paper towel.
