- Carrots - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 50 g

- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 170 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat the eggs with a whisk and grate the carrots.
Mix these ingredients and add sugar.
Gradually add the sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
Put the mass into molds and bake muffins for 35 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
