If you are tired of classic closed puffs-pies, I suggest making such small rolls. With a delicate and spicy filling of pumpkin with cinnamon, they turn out especially good. And even more so if you sprinkle them with powdered sugar at the end.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 350 g
- Pumpkin - 180 g
- Brown Sugar - 40 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings (cloves, vanilla, cardamom, ginger) – 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Milk - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the pumpkin and fry in butter until soft.
Add sugar and spices, and continue cooking on low heat for another 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough, lay out the filling and roll into a tight roll.
Cut the roll into pucks, brush with milk and bake them for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
